Our policies on quotes and orders are as follows. Due to certain restrictions on internet sales, all quotes will be given over the phone. After you e-mail us your quote form with item numbers, someone from our internet staff will call you back with a quote. Be sure to include all daytime contact phone numbers. If you decide to place an order, we will proceed by one of two methods.
We will take a 50% deposit to place an order. This can be placed by credit card, cashiers check, or personal check. Once this has cleared, your order will be placed with the factory. When we pick your order up from the plant and it is ready for shipping, we will call you to collect the remaining balance. Once this is received and clears, your furniture will be shipped by an in-home furniture delivery service. They will call you and set up a date and time for your delivery on a trip to your area. There are numerous stops on a trip so times must be flexible.
We also offer financing and twelve months same as cash. If this is your option, we will send you a packet that will include a credit application and a contract that must be filled out, signed and returned before an order is placed. Once this is returned your order is placed and your paperwork is turned in upon delivery. There is a 20% deposit required on these orders, payable by credit card, cashiers check or personal check. This must be done before the order is placed. Our credit is done through Wells Fargo Financial, and your payments will be due to them.
Time period will range from 8-12 weeks from the time order is placed. Some orders will be much quicker and, due to stock availability, there will be some that will be longer. We will be informative on availability so expectations will be understood.
